commenting
reddit has a unique commenting system, as the sort options are akin to the main reddit page, but with an ascending/descending toggle.
Comments may also be viewed as nested or flat, depending on how you roll. Access the comments of a link by clicking on the # comments button beneath each headline.
As for formatting your comments, here's a reference table (can also be accessed from every comment page clicking ►help).
